MOU Signed Between Portuguese Naval School and the U.S. Naval Academy

On February 16, the Superintendent of the Portuguese Naval Academy signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Portuguese Naval School (Escola Naval) and the U.S. Naval Academy (USNA), which covers the exchange of Escola Naval cadets and USNA midshipmen, as well as instructors and curriculum.
