Unsolicited physical mail to the consular section will generally not receive a response Unless you have been expressly asked by the Consular section to physically mail information for a pending case, please send us an email. We will not reply to unsolicited physical mail. (Exceptions include DS-82 passport renewals and official Information Request Letters replies)
Callers will generally be routed to our Embassy operator, who will generally request an email.
